Dr. Nathalie C. Lilavois

Dr. Nathalie C. Lilavois is an educational consultant who provides workshops, presentations, webinars and 1:1 coaching/mentoring to districts and organizations. Dr. Lilavois has been an educator for thirty-four years as a teacher, principal, and district administrator.

In addition to her top job as a mom, Dr. Lilavois is an author, public speaker, wedding officiant, and curator/executive producer of TEDxDeerPark. Dr. Lilavois retired from her position as District Director of Elementary Curriculum for the Three Village Central School District where she also served as principal to two of their schools during her 19-year tenure. She is a veteran of the US Army Reserve with the rank of Captain. As an adjunct professor, she has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at Hofstra University, Queens College, York College, and Dowling College.

Dr. Lilavois completed her B.A. at Hofstra University in elementary education and psychology. Her Master’s degree is in developmental psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her doctorate in literacy studies is from Hofstra University. Dr. Lilavois is an active member of non-profit organizations that reflect her passion and commitment to advocating for women, people of color, and youth. She enjoys the beach, reading, and spending time with her daughter, Brianna, and fur baby, Piper.
