Dr. Rich Atkins is the Director of Improving Communications Ireland, a provider of Learning & Development services such as: Public SpeakingLeadership, Customer Service, Sales Training, and Staff Development.

Since 2007, Rich is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dr. Atkins is American Management Association (AMA)-certified faculty and is also a Vistage-certified speaker.

John Epstein

John Epstein has more than 30 years of experience in business-to-business sales. He has led learning and development programs around the world, focusing on Consultative Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills, and has influenced people from over 25 countries.

During his time as the “ambassador” of the Nielsen Media Research U.S. learning organization, John was honored three times by Nielsen’s Vice Chairman to host international guests from the Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership.

Vanessa Miller

Vanessa Miller is a Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience in instructor-led, virtual, and in-person courses as well as all facets of the instructional design process. Whether it’s skills training or knowledge transfer, Ms. Miller’s learner centric approach successfully engages participants. She has partnered with many prestigious organisations to deliver and design courses that are stimulating, impactful and reflective.

Dr. Nathalie C. Lilavois

Dr. Nathalie C. Lilavois is an educational consultant who provides workshops, presentations, webinars and 1:1 coaching/mentoring to districts and organisations. Dr. Lilavois has been an educator for thirty-four years as a teacher, principal, and district administrator.

Martin Deller

Martin Deller is the Regional Director Of Operations EMEA at Improving Communications IE. He is a business consultant, educator, entrepreneur, recording artist, and music producer. Martin’s inter-disciplinary background has taken him from international concert stages to the corporate boardrooms of the Fortune 500.

A seasoned performer and presenter, Martin is co-founder of the Music Experience, a series of workshops on stagecraft and the art of connecting with one’s audience.
