PUBLIC COURSES
IF IMPROVING COMMUNICATIONS POSTPONES OR CANCELS A PUBLIC COURSE IN WHICH YOU (“CUSTOMER”) REGISTERED (ENROLLED):
If Improving Communications Ireland postpones or cancels a public course in which you (“Customer”) have registered (enrolled), we make every effort to provide you with advance notice as reasonably possible under the circumstances.
In the event of a course postponement or cancellation, you have the following options:
Reschedule: You may choose to reschedule your enrollment for a future Improving Communications Ireland course. Please provide written notification as far in advance as possible.
Credit: You may accept credit to be applied to future Improving Communications Ireland courses. This credit will be valid for up to one year from the original course date.
Please note that when making travel arrangements, it is important to consider our cancellation policy. Improving Communications Ireland will not be held liable for any travel costs incurred.
*IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE PUBLIC COURSE ENROLLMENT BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO ATTEND THE SESSION(S), PLEASE PROVIDE IMPROVING COMMUNICATIONS WITH WRITTEN NOTIFICATION AS FAR IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE.
Rescheduling Terms, Conditions & Charges:
- No refunds will be issued for rescheduled enrollments.
- Rescheduling 28 or more days prior to the start of the course incurs no rescheduling charge.
- Rescheduling 7-27 days prior to the start of the course incurs a rescheduling charge of 25% of the course price.
- Rescheduling 1-6 days prior to the start of the course incurs a rescheduling charge of 50% of the course price.
- Rescheduling 24 hours or fewer prior to the start of the course requires a rescheduling fee equal to 100% of the program cost.
- Failure to attend a public course without prior written notification and rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of all fees.
- If you notify Improving Communications Ireland in accordance with the terms above, any unused, paid enrollment credit(s) for a rescheduled course may be used for up to one year from the original course date.
- If you have purchased a seat for an Improving Communications Ireland course through another agency’s site, our cancellation policy still applies to your purchase. For any questions, please visit the site where you made the payment and contact their customer service team.
PRIVATE COURSES
NO CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Scheduled services, whether or not bound by an Agreement, may not be canceled by Customer. No refunds will be issued. Customer may reschedule the date(s) that services are to be provided by giving written notice to Improving Communications. In the event of rescheduling, the following fees will apply:
- Rescheduling 28 days or more prior to the start of the programme, the Customer will pay no rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling 7-27 days prior to the start of the programme, the Customer will pay a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the cost of the programme.
- Rescheduling 1-6 days prior to the start of the programme, the Customer will pay a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the cost of the programme.
- Rescheduling 24 hours or fewer prior to the start of the programme, the Customer will pay a rescheduling fee equal to 100% of the cost of the programme.
- In the event of rescheduling, the Customer agrees to pay consultant’s out-of-pocket expenses related to the agreed-upon service.
If Improving Communications Ireland postpones or cancels an agreed-upon Private (Including Onsite) course, we make every effort to provide you with advance notice as reasonably possible under the circumstances.
In the event of a private course postponement or cancellation, you have the following options:
Reschedule: You may choose to reschedule for a future Improving Communications Ireland course. Please provide written notification as far in advance as possible.
Credit: You may accept credit to be applied to future Improving Communications Ireland onsite courses. This credit will be valid for up to one year from the originally scheduled date.
Improving Communications makes every effort to run scheduled private courses. Occasionally, unforeseen difficulties cause these courses to be postponed or cancelled. Improving Communications will provide Customers with as much advance notice as reasonably possible under the circumstances. Once Customer is notified of a course postponement or cancellation, Customer may reschedule, accept credit to be applied to future Improving Communications courses (valid for up to one year), or request a refund.
